How do I automatically trigger a coupon when the cart reaches a certain total (without the shopper having to manually enter the coupon code).

If you create a coupon code and set the minimum value that will trigger the coupon, and then add it to the automatic discount list, it will automatically be triggered when the minimum value is reached.
