Form preset text

I am wondering what this is "form.email_body.value"? it is in an email form when I am in profile and creating a profile. It is new to me. I am updating our profiles and just noticed it. Can I remove it or is there a purpose?

I am not sure what that is either. I would say you can delete it. If worried, make a copy of the profile before doing so.
