Hikashop writing buyer sending a custom message to recipient

Hi ,
I am using AWO Pro with Hikashop. I have all setup and was wondering how can a person write a message like "Happy Birthday Joe" to the recipient of the Gift Certificate??
I would appreciate the help

Under AwoCoupo 2, section 'Product’s custom fields – recipient details', it tells you how to setup the custom fields.
