Warning GW32102 : GW Coupons plugin can't find the GW Coupons component !

Recently purchased the GW Coupons Pro component and having an issue.

I need to setup an gift certificate for purchase within VM. I use J1.5.25 and VM 1.1.9
Now I've added an product in a clean shop and used the the certificate option.

Apon purchase the buyer will not receive an code, after confirming in the back-end it will send the code.
Now I see a error message in the back-end screen:

Warning GW32102 : GW Coupons plugin can't find the GW Coupons component !
Please check that GW Coupons component is correctly installed !

What can I do to prevent this ?

This seems to be a GW Coupon message. Have you contacted them about it and what could be the cause?
