If I use it AwoCoupon as loyalty program, Can I give points for every order, and yet still be able to handle another rules, such as reward bonus point when purchase a gift certificate or issue a discount coupon for next purchase in single order.

Yes, It is working now, a working Loyalty Program, also support to auto generate second like special Bonus when buying Gift Certificates.
