Eway payment received but Virtuemart order isn't confirmed

    Receiving this same issue report from multiple clients:
    They receive a payment receipt from Eway, however the message isn't getting back to Virtuemart and the order status just remains as pending.
    I don't think it happens all of the time, which makes me think it might be a timeout issue.
    Any thoughts?

    Not really sure what could be causing that. If it is not happening everytime, then I would guess there is some miscommunication between the site and eway and certain intervals.
