The "friend" setting also earns points for "everyone"

    I probably did not understand something well ....Here's my problem:

    I have configured 3 rules:

    1 = Generic registration without Invitation (100 pt) (Type set=EVERYONE)

    2 = Friend registration (100 pt to friend) (Type set=FRIENDS)

    3 = sponsor award for Friend Registration (number 2) (70 pt) (Type set= SPONSOR)


    My problem is that when a FRIEND registers, he takes the points of number 2 (ok, correct) but also of number 1 (I do not want this).

    And the same thing happens to "sponsor" :-(


    I would like to give 100 points to FRIEND and 70 to sponsor

    Hello,

    There is no customer type of 'everyone excluding sponsor/friend'.  But what you can do, is delete the rule 2, the friend rule.  So when anybody registers they receive 100 points.  And if they happen to be a friend, the sponsor would then earn 70 points too.
