Include / Excluding multipel products in the same coupon

I am trying to find an easy way to set up a progressive coupon for which I can include all from olne manufacturer but exclude solme from the same naufacturer. Can the asset optoon do exclude and include for the same coupon?

No cannot be done in one coupon, but can be done in parent coupon:

Coupon A: the discount coupon where you select the manufacturer, included

Coupon B: set the discount to 0 and select the products to exclude

Coupon C: parent coupon, add coupons A and B and set process type to only if all apply.
