Sometimes our customer does not receive their gift certificate code, most likely due to spam filters. In those cases, they call us, we go into the admin area and retrieve the code to give to them. However, the codes in the admin area are listed without date or any reference to the purchasing customer. Am I missing something? If not, would it be possible to show the date the coupon was generated and/or have a note in the 'admin note' referencing the customer? Thank you.
