Customers not getting coupon

    Dear Sir/madam,

    We are using awocoupon in combination with one page checkout. Our customers are getting a gift certificate e-mail after they placed a purchase and paid for it (and status changes to Confirmed). We (admin) - in BCC are always getting a copy of the gift certificate e-mail, but we are getting loads of complaints that the e-mail to the customer did not sent.

    How could it possibly be that we are always receiving the e-mail and our customers not (always)??

    Edit: It seems to be that only customers who are using a 'free' email provider (gmail, hotmail, live, outlook) are not receiving the gift certificate e-mails. Do you know how to solve this?

    Hello,

    I am not sure what is cuasing that. Have you checked to make sure your domain is not on a email blacklist? Do the customers receive other emails, like order confirmation?

    Ok, so if you go to awocoupon->history of uses->orders and resend, still the customer does not receive it?
