Coupon Usage is not being Recorded

    Hi,
    I'm using Virtuemart 3.0.12 and AWO Coupon Pro 2.4.4.
    I just read the sticky that there was a problem in Virtuemart 2 of coupon usages not being recorded and I have the same problem now.

    I can create coupons and use them on my cart to lower the price. But after using, they are not updated. So I can use gift coupons again and again.
    Also the history is empty.

    Any ideas what to do?

    Hello,

    In awocoupon->configuration, change 'Order state to trigger coupon processing' to your confirmed statuses. And do not use 'Order created'.
