Code for AWOcoupon

Excuse me for my english, i'm french.
I bought this product this morning, and i've any problem....

I don't understand these "code" with a CSV file, this system don't can generate code for a gift certificate without do a csv file ?
Could I have an example csv file ?

I'm scuba diving instructor, and I would like sell gift certificate for scubadiving to offer.

Is it possible that the gift voucher price does not appear on the voucher ?

Hello,

You do not need to upload csv file, this is only required if you want to control the codes that the customer receives.  If you do not upload, the codes will automatically be generated.

On the voucher image, if you do not want the price, just set the coordinates outside of the image.

 I created a product for sale in the shop

 I created a coupon with the status "template"

 I created a gift certificate product with the coupon code template

 I made a gift certificate purchase, and it did not work .....!

 I changed the status of the coupon "template" to "published"

 I made a purchase try to gift certificate, and it worked !!!

 The problem is that it works only once .... a gift certificate per coupon?

 I can not create several gift certificate with the same product, the system do not want ....

 Is it normal that I have to change the status "template" to "published" to get a gift certificate purchase?

Hello,

No, change the gift certificate coupon template back from published to template.   Not sure why it did not work the first time, but it is not due to that.  If you leave it as published the no vouchers can be generated, so I do not see how it could have worked when you changed the template to published.  The template is just that, it is used as a template to create vouchers when the product gets sold.

Configured AwoCoupon correctly, it should be working now.

Can custom fields be set to a different position? Normal, onbot, ontop? Or they must necessarily be in addcart?

I am really not sure.  I would think you can change it and it should still work.  If it does not you can always change it back.
