AwoRewards Facebook Issues

    Greetings,

    I recently purchased Aworewards and seems to be a very promising product. However, I am running into a few issues regarding setting up the reward system for Facebook.

    I made a developer account at https://developers.facebook.com/ and made my new app, specified the domain, and website URL. I then copied my consumer key and consumer secret into the "External API" section under configuration.

    However, every time I click the "Submit" button on the module it returns this error. "(2500) An active access token must be used to query information about the current user." (without the quotes.) I have done numerous searches on google to try and troubleshoot this issue. The only results were modifying the SDK and other files within the program. I'm not a programmer so that got a little confusing for me.

    In addition, I tried setting up another new rule but this time for "Liking our Facebook FanPage". However, this time upon clicking the "submit" button it returns with a error message stating "error" and no additional information. I do have my Vanity URL stated within the rule and have double checked countless times to make sure it was indeed correct which it was.

    I am including screenshots of the errors below in which I am encountering, and am hoping that you could offer some suggestions as I am out of ideas.

    Hello,

    Is it possible to send a private message with temporary admin access to do some testing? I am really not sure what could be the problem.

    Hi I have the same problem as me might say it was sorted ?
    when I try to attach the promo of me like I just get " Error"

    Hello,

    Have you setup your consumer keys/secrets in aworewards->confiiguration->external api? I will be happy to look into the problem if you can send a private message with temporary admin access.
