Admin BCC not working

    Hello Everyone,
    I am using joomla 2.5.8 with latest awocoupon-PRO-2.1.3 in one of my client website. In the gift certificate profile I checked on "Bcc Admin" but I can see that it's not sending email to the admin. I tried to use different email but nothing happening. I follow this instruction : http://awodev.com/forum/awocoupon/help-section/bcc-not-working-ver-147 & used different email address but nothing happened. Anyone have idea. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    I assume you are both using Virtuemart, and you are referring to not receiving the bcc when a customer purchases a gift certificate and automatically receives the email correct? I myself have tried to produce the problem but cannot, so if one of you would like me to investigate what is causing the bcc not to send, then please send me temporary admin and ftp access in a private message.
